Major General, Legal Advisor Dr. Amer Abdulrahman Othman, Deputy Director of The National Ribat University, affirmed the keenness of the university's higher management to create conditions for students to continue their studies, surpassing the current phase that the country is going through. He emphasized the continuation of studies at various centers inside and outside the Republic of Sudan. He noted the upper management's commitment to supporting all efforts that facilitate the study and training process. He also extended thanks to the Arab Republic of Egypt, its government, and its people for welcoming the students and all Sudanese with open arms. This was stated during his address at the signing ceremony of the cooperation protocol between The National Ribat University (Faculty of Medical Laboratory Sciences) and the CEB Training and Rehabilitation Center in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In conclusion, Major General expressed his profound gratitude to the brothers at the center for this valued step in the educational process.
In his speech, Dr. Ayman Saleh, the center's director, expressed their profound happiness at the scientific communication with their brothers at The National Ribat University, pointing out the deep-rooted relations between the two countries and their keenness at the center to do everything possible to serve the students of the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Sciences at The National Ribat University, reaching the desired goals.
The protocol was signed on behalf of the university by Professor Nadia Omar Al-Atta, Assistant Director of the University for Academic Affairs, and on behalf of the center by Dr. Ayman Saleh, the center's director, in the presence of:

The signing ceremony was attended by several police officers representing the Retired Police Officers Association in Cairo, and a considerable number of professors from the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Sciences at the university, including Professor Sally Magdy, Mr. Mirghani Mirghani, Professor Khalid Nouri, Professor Reem Mohammed, and Professor Taqwa Ali. They wished their students success and hoped for peace and security to prevail in the country and for all people.
